Headway Hockey Program + Extreme Dryland + Point 8:
7 weeks of on-ice skating and skill development
- Individual skill work, position specific tactics and strategies
- Explosive power skating and on ice conditioning
- Game like scrimmage formats
8 weeks (40 sessions) of Extreme Dryland Training
- Explosive leg workouts, plyometric training, balance training, complete upper body training, core training
- All workouts designed for hockey specific training
12 Sessions of Mental Strength Training
- Work with renowned sports counsellor Stephen Raghoobarsingh, MA, RCC
- Cope with pressure and anxiety, increase your confidence, perform consistently at a peak level and stay focused and motivated
