Headway Hockey Training Camps

Our goal at Headway Hockey is to have our players maximize the off season training regime, having players peak just before training camps or tryouts. Our coaches will teach and perfect different skills and then implement them into game situations. Often players are either over extending themselves on ice or not skating enough throughout the summer. We strive to generate the perfect off season schedule with a balance between on ice skating in conjunction with dryland workouts with appropriate rest and recovery time.
